April 14, 2020
Greetings Macedonia Family and Friends!
I pray you had a marvelous Resurrection Sunday Celebration! I also pray that in the midst of whatever that is going on in the world and in our lives, knowing that Jesus rose and celebrating the fact that He lives, we are reminded that we are more than conquerors! We are overcomers!!! And we know:
Because He lives, we can face tomorrow.
Because He lives, all fear is gone.
Because we know He holds the future
And life is worth the living, just because He lives.
So, when you turn your television on or receive breaking news on your cell phone about how bad our city and our country is during this Coronavirus pandemic, please remember that Jesus lives and because he lives, everything is going to be alright.
God has blessed our church with several doctors who not only are outstanding physicians, but they also love the Lord with all their hearts and are committed to helping God’s people. One of these outstanding physicians is Deacon Dr. David Lisbon, who works at KU Medical Center in the emergency room. Dr. Lisbon has agreed to help us separate fact from fiction. I’m sure that you have heard so many different things about this pandemic that you don’t know what to believe. Well, Dr. Lisbon is going to answer any questions that you may have about the Coronavirus on this Sunday morning, April 19th, on livestream beginning at 8:30am.
To be a part of the discussion you can:
· Submit your questions to email@example.com in advance to assure that your question gets answered or
· Ask questions Sunday morning via the comment box on livestream
So please join us and invite your family and friends.
Keep the faith! God is still on the throne and we can go boldly before Him with our petitions because JESUS LIVES!!
