Macedonia Family and Friends! I don’t feel no ways tired; I’ve come to far from where I started from, nobody told me that the road would be easy but, I don’t believe He brought me this far to leave me. Or how about this one: Though the storms keep on raging in my life and sometimes it’s hard to tell the night from day; still the hope that lies within is reassured, as I keep my eyes upon the distance shore I know He’ll lead me safely to that blessed place he has prepared; and if the storms don’t cease ,and if the winds keep on blowing in my life, my soul has been anchored in the Lord!

It is my prayer that the words from these songs which we have sung for years ignite a flame of hope in you and propel you to higher heights in the Lord, as we endure this Coronavirus pandemic. I have found that from time to time singing revives the soul. So, this week sing! Sing in the shower, sing as a family, sing before you go to bed, sing when you go to work, and don’t even worry about how you sound. Just sing and be prepared for your soul to be revived!!! Because the world needs you! Because the pandemic guidelines have been extended until at least April 30, 2020. So many people are stressed and worried about tomorrow. But we must remind them that ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD. It is vital that we stay connected so listed below is this week’s schedule:

I know some of you are having feelings of sadness and some of you may be experiencing sleepless nights. These feelings don’t make you less Christian. They make you human. Nevertheless, find solace in knowing God is still in control and He is faithful!!! We don’t know what tomorrow holds, but we know who holds tomorrow. He is our firm foundation — our solid rock!!!  Your church is here for you. We love you. We are praying for you.

Stay connected to us!!! We want to hear from you, call each other and call our elderly. And most of all remember Hebrews 4:16, “Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, call on our Heavenly Father. Now may the grace of God, the love of Jesus, and the sweet communion of the Holy Spirit, rest, rule, and abide now, henceforth now and forevermore. PEACE & LOVE,

John L. Brooks
