Happy Anniversary Macedonia! Praise God for 104 years of ministry!! 104 years of obedience and sacrifice!! 104 years of service, discipling, and kingdom-building!!
As we kick off the celebration of our 104th year, let us be mindful there is work yet to be done. As we have seen, especially during this pandemic time, there are people who have come, and some who are yet to come, that God has sent and will send our way to disciple and bless. So, that’s why we must keep toiling -- even when it’s uncomfortable; even when it’s inconvenient. We’ve come too far from where we started from Macedonia! Nobody told us the road would be easy! I don’t believe He brought us this far to leave us!!

Please hear me now, during this COVID-19, it is critical that we seek God. Despite the fact that we are in the midst of a crisis beyond any other experienced in our 104-year church history, the baton has been passed to us by people of great faith and diligence. So, let us run this race, standing on their shoulders, and looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.
In closing, I am excited about celebrating our 104th Church Anniversary. If you can, please give your $104, all of which will go to help families impacted by the Coronavirus. Also, please send pictures of your precious memories from our years on Harrison, Troost, Benton, and here on Linwood, so we can share them during Sunday’s Worship Service.
