Mission Statement: Developing skills for future leaders

Program Description: Develop leaders for the perpetual growth and enhancement of the Kingdom: in-home, family/church, work environment, and community. We seek to identify, equip and advance a core group of individuals with diverse backgrounds to assume greater leadership roles. The program will consist of one Saturday session per month for 4 hours. The program will span 15 months.  During class time we will discover, define, and develop a network and enhance skills needed to elevate and propel ministry. Additionally, Macedonia’s Leadership Institute serves as a model for churches that strive to educate and develop leaders.
