Greetings Macedonians and Friends,

I greet you in the words of David when he was running for his life as Saul and his mighty army pursued him — “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

You have to remember that David had done no wrong or harm to Saul. Yet, Saul vigorously and consistently tried to kill him. So, as David was running for his life hiding deep in a dark cave, he wrote Psalm 27 as he encouraged himself (Please read it today. It will bless you!).

David ends the Psalm by telling himself to wait for the Lord, be of good courage, and that the Lord would strengthen his heart. As we see the number of confirmed cases of Coronavirus go up each day, we have to encourage ourselves to wait on the Lord and be of good courage. Just like David, we don’t know when God is going to end this very unpleasant time in our lives. But we know He will! So, cheer up my brothers and sisters. Be encouraged. God will strengthen our hearts! Join us tomorrow via Livestream and invite someone to join us! Sunday school 8:30am worship service 9:45am.
