Greetings, Macedonia Family and Friends!

In one of their many gospel masterpieces, the Clark Sisters asked several powerful questions:

“Is my living in vain? Is my giving in vain? Is my praying in vain? Is my fasting in vain? Am I wasting my time? Have I let my light shine...?”

And their unequivocal answer?

“NO! OF COURSE NOT!!  It’s not all in vain. ‘Cuz up the road is eternal gain!!”

I’m here to remind you my sisters and brothers, IT’S NOT ALL IN VAIN! We MUST continue to work the work!  We MUST remain encouraged. We MUST press on; not just in spite of the storms of life and Satan’s attacks, but because of them! We must bear the fruit of love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control! Finally, no matter what, we MUST trust God!

God is with us. He never will forsake us. We know what He can and will do. With God, we can defeat Satan and overcome his plots of division and strife in the Church and in our communities. It’s time to tune out doubt and fear, and tune into God’s Word and His promises. Let’s do it... TOGETHER!

Peace and Love,

John L Brooks
